Ways to work together

Three ways to start. All of them begin with a conversation or a written brief.

ProjectScoped per projectWritten scope and price before work starts
Start a project

A defined website or product design, from structure to launch-ready files.

  • Discovery, goals and a written scope
  • Structure, sitemap and key flows
  • Responsive designs and a component system
  • Handover and launch support
AsyncScoped per engagementAgreed up front
Work with me async

A lighter, written-first way to work. Share a brief, review progress on your own schedule and give feedback in writing.

  • A written brief and agreed goals
  • Progress shared with annotated visuals
  • Feedback in writing, on your schedule
  • A call only where it helps
ReviewScoped per reviewAgreed after a short brief
Ask about a review

A focused review of an existing website or product, with a prioritised plan.

  • Review of structure, usability and responsive behaviour
  • Findings ranked by impact and effort
  • Annotated screens showing each issue
  • Optional redesign of the highest-impact pages

Prices are agreed in writing for each engagement. Nothing on this page is a binding offer.

How quoting works

  1. 01Share a brief

Use the contact form or write it your own way. A few lines is enough.

  2. 02Short call or written questions

I will ask what I need to scope the work properly, in whichever format suits you.

  3. 03Written scope, timeline and price

You receive the details in writing and can ask questions or adjust before agreeing.

  4. 04Kick-off

Work begins once the scope is agreed.

Questions

How is a project priced?

Projects are scoped first, then priced. After a short brief or call you receive a written scope, timeline and price before any work starts. See ways to work together.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope. A timeline is part of the written scope you receive before any work starts, so you know what to expect and when.

Can we work async?

Yes. "Work with me async" is a real way to work: share the brief in writing, review progress on your own schedule and give feedback in writing, with a call only where it helps.

What do you need from me to get started?

A short brief covering what you do, who you serve, what is not working and what you want to change. Links to your current site or product, screenshots and any numbers you already track help, but none of them are required.
